Naarm Consulting Group respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we live, earn our bread, raise our kids, and thrive, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future.

What NAARM Means & Why NAARM?

“Naarm” (also spelled Naarm / Narrm / Nairm) is an Aboriginal word used by the Wurundjeri and Boon Wurrung people, the Traditional Owners of the land on which Melbourne sits.

Meaning of Naarm

Commonly used to refer to Melbourne or the surrounding region.
In Woi Wurrung (Wurundjeri language), it is often described as:
- “Place” or “Country”
- Some interpretations link it to the scrubland or the land by the water in the area that is now Melbourne.

Our name “NAARM CONSULTING GROUP“ is our genuine respectful nod to the traditional custodians and our way of showing gratitude to the land which made our dreams come true, which flourished our family, gave us success, prosperity, gave us long lasting friendships, peace and happiness in life!

NAARM CONSULTING GROUP is founded by Saurabh Kerkar, an SAP Program Manager with over 14 years’ experience leading SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield implementations and complex integration programs across public and private sector clients.

Deep experience across Stakeholder Engagement, SAP Activate, PMO, integration and testing
Known for calm leadership, clear communication and hands-on governance
